The School Leader Licensure Assessment (SLLA) is designed to measure the extent to which entry-level school leaders demonstrate the standards-relevant knowledge and skills necessary for competent professional practice. The School Leader Licensure Assessment is aligned with the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), developed by the National Policy Board for Educational Administration (NPBEA). These standards were previously known as the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) Standards.
